Warlords PitBoss-Game Will not Launch!

I am trying to host a PitBoss game. I do not want reminder emails so I do nothing on the SMTP screen. I log in as ggganz (also my multiplayer account) and type in my password. I am using an Internet game. I finish with the Staging Room and click finish. The manual says that the Staging Room disappears and the game launches along with an admin screen, but the game does not launch. The admin screen says that player 1 (which should be me) is unclaimed. I have 2.08 installed and YES I have the CD in.
Also, is a window that looks like Command Prompt supposed to come up, saying "WARNING: blahblahblah is already used by var"? I tried closing this when the admin screen was up and joining the game through the lobby but I could not. I even disabled Norton Internet Security, and yes, Warlords and PitBoss are on the Windows Firewall exception list. I don't get what's wrong.

Pitboss is just that admin screen.. to play the game you have to launch the game as normal (with pitboss running).

You should find the game listed in the lobby.

But the manual says the game will launch on its own, and I can't log in if I am logged in with PitBoss (I tried, and it won't let me log in as normal).

You need to make a 2nd gamespy username prolly

I assume you mean "probably". OK, I will try that, but I still wonder why the game will not launch on its own.

I tried it, and it works. I use the login "ggganzpitboss" to launch the game, and then join it through the lobby with ggganz. I just took my first turn, and I am waiting for people to join and take their turns.

Waaaaah! I exited the game for a little and it disappeared! How is that possible if I didn't close the admin screen? I guess this just won't work. Oh well.
