I have been approached to fill a void in team 3, pending approval by all of the members (and successfully passing the drug test and body cavity search, I suppose )

So that is what the pending registration is about on the .org site.

Are there any rules posted somewhere that I should be reading?

And what would be the process for "jumping in" if I am approved?

Oh, and what Civ version is this (my dual install may come in handy), and are you using any HOF mods?

Never done pitboss before, so if there is a primer on the mechanics, that would be helpful too.
