I've had this bug since base version Warlords.
I'd get a mistag call on Line 714,5 of file
/xml/text/civ4gametext_warlords_objects.xml
regarding "</spanish> is not end tag for <TEXT>.
The result:
everything that was added onto from Warlords was displaying TXT_KEY entries, save for the unique buildings...

I'm not very knowledgeable in XML, but I think I've combed the entire file and there wasn't a single mistagging...
...help? It's getting really annoying seeing the text run all the way off the screen window in some cases.
