Warmed up Inca / HUSch

In 4000 I found the city of Cuzco, we play noble, so we can get big cities. With the many water-food-res I research fishing and build boats. Til then I build a next Quechua, the other exploit.

Now 7 other teams has found a city, and I look at the F9-table (picture below), it shows the values.
Intelligence (my best)

GNP
with 16 I`m the last, but I knowed this before, but if I change my worker at the stone, I get 17 and am 4.
So I know
at least 1 has 19 and additional 2 has 18 or 19 and 4 has 17 and 2 has 1. average is 13, so together they have 117-125, we know 4*17+1*19+2*1=89, also 2 has <= 36, also every 18.
We can conclude 19 is +3 commerce, also finanz and work at coast, because there is no player with only 3 crops, the worker is on water res, from the starting list we know it`s Vicky. The other both with 18 have only +2, so they are working at water res without finanz. But there is no other with fishing or? perhaps there are river-tiles with res.

I `ve 2 at rank 5; average 1; 2 without city has 0
All 7 together has 9-17, 4 has nore than 2, at least 1 has 4,
So we get
1 have 4 => 4
3 have 3 => 9
0 have 2 => 0
4 have 1 => 4
2 have 0 => 0
Also 4 has only 1 then additional to the 3 with working on water-res, 1 work on land-tile without production, perhaps floot plains, this coincidence good with the next crops

Power
I `ve 6,000, the best 8,000 the last 6,000; average 6,888 also together 62,000. Power is in the moment tech and warrior. Every get a boni-tech. here is important only the difference in the next turns.

Land
I `ve 4, the best 9, all with town more than 4, the both without 0; average 6,333 also together 57.
6*>5 tiles + 1*9 tiles = 39, so the other 6 have ~+3,

Pop is clear

Approval
I `ve 83 at rank 7, the best 87 the 2 without city 0, average 65
There are allways 1 unlucky, so we `ve
4 luck => 80 %
5 luck => 83 %
6 luck => 85 %
7 luck => 87 %
the sum of percentage is 585-593
also 1 with 87 %, 1 with 83 %, 2 with 0%.
Then 5 have together 415-423 every 85 or 87. There is no solution, also some has only 4 luck the other 6. How it`s the question?

Health /Life exp.
There is of interest only the best with 93%. It means 13 health, 2 with gd, 2 with water, 2 with expan, the rest with wood, also 14 wood tiles.

I'm uncertain about the Health / Life expectancy analysis. How do you know that 93% translates to 13 health?

It's defined:
Health / Life expectancy = round down {[(number of Health)/( Number of health + Number of ill)] * 100}
Number of ill is 1.
so you get 5/6 = 83
6/7 = 85
7/8 = 87
8/9 = 88
9/10 = 90
10/11 = 90
11/12 = 91
12/13 = 92
13/14 = 93


The better is you get infos, if the player chop his wood, then this value diminish. So it's not the value but his change which gives informations. And the change of the best value is good to see. The change of average is more difficult to analize. But we play only with 5 teams, so the values of 2 are allways known, but without espionage we can't attach the values to a defined team.

All player can look in their own F9 and see ob their value is in my table.
 
I start at plains/hill with 2 crabs, sheep and gold in CC. So I make no move, to get a better position. an 3. crab is outside now.

Note: Normally I 'll say 2 MP for 2,000 MP in game, like for land tiles.

4 have 17 the other 5 have 1, together 73 => average 73/9 = 8

Mfg
1 have 2, the other 3 have 1, the last 5 have 0, together 5 => average 5/9 = 0

Crop
4 have 5, the last 5 have 0, together 20 => average 20/9 = 2

Land
4 have together 28, the best 8 and all four have >5, so there are two solutions: 8, 7, 7, 6 or 8, 8, 6, 6. perhaps during this turn, if I look sometimes I get more informations.

power
Together they 've 40 MP, that arethey starting MP, they get more with growth of towns (population), techs or units, later with buildings.

Approval
3 have 83 and 1 has 75-80, that isn't clear, because why does 1 has only 4 luck. together they have 324-332

Health
Together they have 342-350, and 2 have +1 :health: (against me), reason is more wood than I.

So what know I of the other 4.
They 've all a food res at river or flood-plains, because the +3 :food: and +1 :commerce:, 2 or 3 of them are coastal, the 4. can have a lake; but I will be get more after the first expansion.

I'm not a top player, my games are bad most. But I've and get joy in searching/intelligence of informations.

my warrior goes northeast and see the coast, so I know my city lies on a peninsula.
Now in turn 3 there 've 6 of 10 founded their city.

In a hut my quech scares 2 barbs, surprise, at the end of this turn I 've a new one and begin to build my boats.

My quech lives so on, get 2 XP injured to 1,7.
I build a workboat with maximum :hammers: in 5 turns. My 2. Quech goes west.

Now 3680 AD with fishing and pop 2, I can make changing in workers at my city and so get some infos from F9-table.
In the lines below I list the value and the rank.

together 149, best 21 (only land) and the worst 14 (7 water tiles), all have their cultur expandation. one has last turn only 8, he has now 20, so we Know, he has a lake (1 water tile from 9 and now 1 from CC). So there are 6 civs with 94, perhaps 4 have 16 and 2 have 15.

population
9 have together 24,000; also 3 have 6,000 and 6 have 1000.

Today I know, I live at an island (small, 3-4 towns possible)
in F9 I get a surprise, 2 has a town of pop 4, in 18 turns >72 :food: abundance. How can be this? Daves town has pop 3, that is like my own, with only one warrior, I would be the same.
Perhaps I get the religion this turn, what is sequence of turn ends?
