Warrior Monks (Partial) Fix 2017-11-01

MadManCam submitted a new resource:

Warrior Monks (Partial) Fix - Generals buff Monks and Monks gain Melee abilities

Maybe it's what the devs intended, but for me it's a fix.
- Great Generals now buff Warrior Monks (only in friendly territory, its the only combat strength modifier I found that works on them).
- Warrior Monks also gain some Melee unit abilites that were not shared before.

No DLC required. Only Great Generals from the Classical through Renaissance era buff Monks.
