[TERRAIN] Water and Coast Terrain

I've been swapping out terrain textures from several mods. Trying to find something to suit me. I like the "blue marble" water texture, but it isn't seamless, and is too "busy". I like that the transparency of RI, but not the green hue. It also lacks the white caps on the waves.

I've made some new texture files for water. Also, a new coast texture along with modified blend files for coast, and ocean. The blend files are mostly based on the dark texture theme, but combines parts of both.

I would like to try adding gloss to the water.nif. Apparently, the game will not permit you to change the water.nif. It loads the vanilla nif no matter what you do. So, anyone more clever than me have any ideas?

That is some beautiful water....

It won't load a mod's water.nif over the normal game's? That is puzzling. Unless there is something other than replacing the original files(not recommended) I don't have much ideas regarding it.
