Is there a Civilization V modder here? I'm asking because we have a small community for this game, and after several failed attempts, we want to commission the creation of a very simple mod that works in multiplayer. What you're trying to do doesn't look very difficult. It's better if you just ask questions on the Discord and learn from them as you work on your mod. Never pay others to do something you can learn to do yourself
