Sort of. When I'm out on a balcony to have a cigarette, at least.
But yes, this winter wasn't cold enough for me to get my proper winter coat out. I did quite fine wearing hoodies over T-shirts, at times adding Marty McFly's type vest to that. Shorts would not suffice though, but jeans and Caterpillar boots were quite enough.
Fleece hat and gloves came handy, too.
Edit: just checked what's cooking at weather forecast. They tell we'll have quite something: up to -3°C (27°F) with 100% probability of 12-20 cm (5-8 in) of snow coming today already, and tomorrow that'll turn into 1°C (33°F) to 4°C (39°F) with 100% probability of 3 to 7 cm (1" to 3") rain/snow
Looks like we'll have mud fun again
