Web hosting

What I looking for is a web hosting that:

1. Provides a reasonable amount of space
2. Doesn't charge me more if my traffic is high
3. Is cheep like the budgie

Any ideas?

Free but doesn't provide any bells or whistles.
It has one banner ad at the top of the page and no popups that I have noticed yet.

if you don't a database or php enabled or anything like that then you can find some good free hosts there. good forum to ask for a paid host too.

not many, especially with database support. THe only ones I can think of with php and mysql (off the top of my head) are portland, spaceports, coolfreepages. If you need a database it's probably best you try to pick up a database at somehwere that just gives you a database and then configure it with your php enabled host.
