I just remembered that more ppl than me posted links to webcomics in that favourite webpage thread, so here goes nothing and all bets are off!!!!

I've never heard of "web-comics" before today... Are they essentially E-comic books released in installments? Do they cost?

nope
webcomics are comics that are freely published on the internet by their authors. Usually they are updated daily or 2-3 times per week (different for every comic). most of them are novice, hobby artists who do those comics in their free time just for the fun of it :goodjob:

8 bit Theater has to be my favourite comic, I been reading it for a few months now, I love it! :)

I have found occasional webcomics as I have surfed the web. In general, I have been ... underwhelmed.

There is a lot of cr@p out there. There are a few gems in with the garbage, though.

Questionable Content, Unshelved and XKCD are my favorites.

Wow necro.

Holy jeez you can put links in polls?

the odor of rotten flesh... it is too much...

Geez, zombie thread

*Laughs* You're all so kind. I can feel the love. But I like bringing threads back to life...

The forum rules don't.

Now that I will admit is my fault. I tried to find a newer thread about webcomics, couldn't find one, saw that one, and *blushes* forgot to check the OP date. I apologize to all and you can stop mocking me now and move on to someone else who I'm sure is doing something equally inane somewhere else.

The problem with this thread is that the poll only contains webcomics that existed in 2002. What good webcomics have been started since?

Questionable Content is a great one. *Goes to see when it was started*

Edit: 2003.
