Weekly game of Civ IV BTS

I'm looking to start a weekly game of Civ IV Tuesday evenings from 8-11 EST. I would like to play the game at Epic or Marathon speed. I feel it gives more play in each era and more time with all of the units. I've found this to be a hard way to play a start up game with random people in the multiplayer lobbies, so I'm hoping by doing it this way I'll have better luck finding like minded players. I want to have as "real" of a game as possible. Any leader may be used, but only once. A continental FFA would be the game type but you can form and break alliances at any time. I'd also like to see TT left on. Trade them at your own risk. The difficulty can be at any level. I'd like to atleast play at the normal level, but if anyone would like to handicap themselves thats fine too. I myself am a vet of the Civ series, but really haven't played much Civ IV in over 18 months, so I welcome all skill levels. Just like in real life there will be power houses and there will be third world nations... I'm hoping I fall somewhere in the middle. Anyways, if anyone is up for this game, or have another game in mind for that time period please let us know!

I'm in. I would prefer Epic speed out of the 2 and I like the other options you suggested. Maybe also Choose Religions so we don't know each others' tech status. Anyway, I'm a Monarch/Emperor level player and have played a few games with a friend in MP but I'm by no means an expert.

Okay, well unfortunately we didn't get nearly the response I was hoping for. But if you want to meet up tonight to start a game together I'm in. I'll be available for 7:30 probably. I'd love to play, but 8-11 ET is urmm... 1-4am my time... can't be doing that with work the next day!
