Weird UI when setting up a game

I tried both the mod-menu singleplayer and the normal single player, when I set up a game, there is a weird pink box in the right and when I try to pick a leader, it open up the leader's list except it is empty : there is just one leader, without name and with a "trait" : Leader trait 2 an d clicking on it does nothing
