What’s up with the new patch on console?

Can we get listed description on what the latest civ6 console patch entails? Any big changes?

There was unconfirmed speculation that the console patch may have been related to Civ6 coming to Xbox GamePass March 16th, though nothing official was ever announced.

Personally, over the last couple of weeks on last gen Xbox with a few system updates and this new patch, I can't consistently get Civ6 to boot up at all and get indefinitely stuck on the "Loading, Please Wait" startup screen.

I haven't found anyone one describing similar problems on the same console.
