What are the effects of razing the city with a corporation HQ?

I wonder if the effects of razing a city with the corporation HQ are similar to razing a city with an holy shrine.
In other words:
-is possible to rebuild again the Corporation HQ?
-if it isn't possible to rebuild the HQ can you further expand corporation in other cities?
-do you have any diplomatic penalty with other civs "you have destroyed that
moneymaking gift of god?"

So has anyone tried to raze it and explain what are the consequences?

When corporate hq is razed, the hq gone for good. Did it once when I had an extra (well I had like 6 extra in this case) engineers, and the corp hadn't had a chance to spread anywhere yet. It was gone for good.

I had the competive corp and I was being a "merchant" empire, so when they had founded it in a city I could attack in one turn while already in a state of war, I went out of my way to get it before it spreaded :D

I can't answer if it has any effect on dip mods... the civ that founded was down to only one city at the time.

Edit: I'm assuming you can still spread a corp like normal when its hq is razed, as long as it had spread somewhere first.

Somebody try it with the World Builder. I'm doing so in a bit.

I razed a Hannibal's Sid's Sushi in this game.
He had build it in his capital city Carthage.
It was on the same island with the city of Utica on the ruins near the wheat.
He spreaded it to a few of his cities.

I think he was teching much slower than before, but not on the verge of bankruptcy yet

No. In terms of game mechanics the HQ is a wonder, and so cannot be rebuilt.

You can still spread it as long as there are surviving branches of the corporation - there's just no HQ making money from doing so. Still can be of use for the better domestic corporations (Sushi and Mining in particular).

-do you have any diplomatic penalty with other civs "you have destroyed that

There doesn't seem to be any penalty beyond the normal city razing one.
