What can you absolutely not live your daily life without?

I know everyone has something they cherish wether it be a certain type of food, drink, bad habit, or hobby that they could not live thier lives without.

For me i could not live without sodas and video games. I may be able to get over not having unhealthy food but if i dont have sodas or my computer/video games il go crazy.

I might be able to go on with life without the internet also but it would be hard. Oh man it must of sucked for people before they had no internet, information was hard to come by.
