Inspired by Mattwho's Better British City Names (instead of just english city names), I made a similiar mod for prussia. The default prussian list is basically just a list of "german" cities with inclusions such as München, Stuttgart, Hamburg that really needs some more prussian flavor. I know that there will be some overlap with a Polish-Civ City list that will surely be released at some point (not trying to be revisionist), but I think by using the german instead of polish names it should be fine. My current replacement list looks like that, trying to have some emphasis on the time of Frederic II:
