What do I do now?

I am playing Test of Time Ext ended game. I have 7 civs and I'm playing Treg on Alpha Centauri.
My space ship landed in 1927 BUT instead of saying it landed on Earth, it says it landed on Alpha Centauri and indeed some settlers have appeared on my own planet of AC. What do I do now? Where do I go from here?

I think you should be able to build transporter terrain improvements now. With those you can get your units to Earth. You should be getting some units with "native" transport ability too. They can jump between maps on any square rather than just on transporter squares or between cities with starports.

I'm not sure what the prerequisite techs are for the Starport or for letting Engineers, um, Mupbu, build transporter sites.
