What do you use to download?

I am wondering what you use to download movies and stuff:

Imesh, Kazaa, Kazaa Lite, Kazaa K++, SoulSeeker, or WinMX?

I have tried Kazaa and Imesh, not really fond of either, although I preferred Imesh over Kazaa for the layout of Imesh.

Also, if I have forgotten any, please add them!!!

Do these downloading programs, BotTorrent, DC++, Azureus, do they install all kinds of SpyWare like Imeash and Kazaa do?

Hmm...I have BitTorrent, but is that like a regular filesharing program with search and everything? I thought its just a method of downloading files and not a filesharing program...I must investigate, because it was really fast.
