What that is is you probably had a deal going with him like you were giving him wines and he was giving you spices, you may have discovered spices of your own so now you don't need his anymore.

The Zulus and I had a wine-ivory deal. I hooked up ivory myself, one turn before expiration. Simply never seen this before!
