What foods/drinks can't you have?

Seafood. Simply because it makes me gag and smells gross.

Restaurant food SHOULD be on this list but isn't. For some reason, 99% of the time, as soon as I'm midway or done with a meal, I get a case of diarrhea. Doesn't matter if it's IHOP or Olive Garden. Not an issue with fast food though. I still eat it a lot though, but boyyyy is it fun on the way home. It's like an orchestra in there! Except you smell the music.

Viscera. They're disgusting.

Taboo animals. Obvious enough.

I don't really get sick from anything besides food that would make anyone sick(pathogens), but I can be quite the picky eater about some things. I always say, "I'll eat anything... besides sea food."

classical_hero im sure I saw a family recipe of yours that was packed with dairy! ive tried searching the watcha cookin thread but its not there/has disappeared

i think i can eat anything. avoiding alcohol in cooking seems totally irrational, but i dont drink it. very occasionally when theres no fruit i will eat a small biscuit/cake/bar/whatever, but generally i avoid that stuff too.

Taniciusfox if you frequently eat bad food it will prevent you from horsehockyting normally, so when you then eat good food your body will react positively sparking the urge to run to the restroom. It can happen surprisingly fast !

I can eat almost everything. I just don't enjoy eating them. :) Apples for instances I absolutely hate the taste of, and might vomit if forced to eat it, but otherwise it won't cause any serious ill-effects for me.

The possible exceptions would be vodka, though that'd be more psychological than anything, and also I might be lactose intolerant, though it seems I can handle dairy products in small quantities.

No.

I'm lactose intolerant

Though, that doesn't stop me from eating dairy (I like pizza too much to give it up :)), it's just my stomach kills me afterwords.

That was posted before I realised it was causing me problems. It took me a long time to realise was lactose intolerant, since for the most part it was not affecting me, but now it affects me in a bad way. Well technically that dish could be made without dairy, just use soy milk instead of regular milk, but some of my favourite foods were packed with dairy, such as lasagne, but now I cant have them.

Since when was rabbit taboo? It is quite delicious, and it appears to be making a resurgence on the fine dining scene.

Yeah, Rabbit is pretty good.

I can't have Coffee, Tea or Booze out of religious observance, but *can* eat virtually any other kind of food. I've cut back on the grease...the older I get, the more I realize that eating crappy food non-stop (which is the MO for the kind of work that I do) leads to negative gastrointestinal effects.

There is many things I won't eat, and I think many people think I'm really fussy. The most noticeable is cheese, eggs, mushrooms, onions, garlic, mayonnaise, some green vegetables, steak and kidney pie, pork pie, one food I can't mention without it being censored, some meats, curry, donar kebabs, bread and butter pudding, anything with raisins in it, anything with peanuts in it, coffee, tea, alcoholic drinks, and there is probably a lot more I haven't mentioned. Until relatively recently I was a lot more fuzzy. Even as recently as a couple of weeks ago I tried something I thought I didn't like.

wow lol, i only saw it recently and i assumed you had to be a major dairy fan, i was gonna reply on the subject but it was an old post. you were punishing yourself all along :D congrats on the recovery

noone has the right to call anyone a fussy eater imo. i used to agree with that list besides garlic bread, i liked that. the only green veg i would eat would be frozen peas, and only if they were cooked properly. you'll grow out of it.

-tanicius i forgot if you take it up the ass thats likely to affect things more

Censored food?

Would that be spotted dick?

EDIT: Apparently not...

... Plain water makes me gag. I used to carry little packets of flavour around but they raised the price of them.

I also can't have alcohol. Well Im not old enough yet, but when I do hit the age its not good to mix with my meds (not to mention alcoholism runs in the family).

milk- although I can drink small quantities without too much trouble.

When I'm working out I drink whey protein. It gives me some nice smelling farts. :D, but I still drink it because I need a low calorie protein.

I can actually eat cheese and of course yogurt without any problems. Thank god. I don't think I could give up pizza. I would cry. Milk and ice cream give me cramping and gas, but I can eat small amounts of icecream and milk. So thankfully I'm not completely lactose intolerant.

There are some foods I won't eat because of the taste or texture. I won't get into them here. Probably more than I can remember.
