Despotism - Monarchy - Communism

I hate war-weariness and I prefer to buy/starve rather than pop-rush - I find communism a bit of a bugger when you've got loads 'o gold but you can't rush improvments in a frontier/captured city 'cos there isn't enough pop.

I usually play emperor. As i said, u have to manage your civ. U need money and as u pointed out,
lots of luxuries.

War-lovers like Comunism. It's the best for It (depending of some factors...).

I think that Americans don't play comunism because they don't like it in real life
