what happened to "Rhye's and Fall of Civilization"

1st of all the game frame lags really hard!!!! civ 4 was ok with little lag spikes but in civ 5 it lags hard core!

and what happened to Rhye's and Fall of Civilization?
I was waiting for an up graded version, only thing sucks about Rhye's and Fall of Civilization is the historical facts, they should come out with same kind of plan but without historical "play"

and what happened to quick moves? omg watching things fight each other is one of the most things i hated about civ4

I don't think Rhye is planning on working out a sequel for 5. But there are plenty of modders out there who will surely give us something great. Hell I'm more anxious now for the SDK to come out than I was for the actual game. If you really liked RFC like I do, then make a mod yourself. That's what I plan on doing. It should be fairly straightforward, or it was for civ 4 anyway.
