I guess that would include me (Irish/Cherokee/English/French/Dutch) I prefer the term "mut" myself. Mut's are always smarter (less inbreeding) . Oh maybe that's just dogs. A world government means that there is one country. Governments (acting ones, at least) and countries are supposed to be in a one to one ratio. If there's one government ruling the world, then the whole world is united as one country, even if it was not necessarily ruled/conquered by a previously separate country.
