What is needed in Civ4 mod if it is to simulate current geopolitics?

I would think the mod requires the following:

1) Ability name: Lebanonize
Ability to bomb the city of a smaller nation without the smaller nation declaring war because that nation's power graph is much lower than yours. All infrastructure in the target city destoryed. Roads, rails, airports, electricity, water supply destoryed.

2) Unique National Wonder: World Trade Center 7
Owner nation can trigger collaspe and in return get the following.
a) Declare war on a nation of own choosing
b) Reduce war wariness to -100
c) Increase approval ratings
d) Create a new Great Person unit named Larry
i) that can build/buy another national wonder called Sears Towers that can be used in same way as World Trade Center 7

3) Ability: Demonize religion
Can attack a religion by declaring adherents to have terrorist tendencies.
a) Nations which have state religion of the religion under attack becomes enemies of all other nations.
b) Can declare war on nations with the state religion without angering other nations.

4) Ability name: To hell with U.N.
Ability appoints ambassadors/representatives to the U.N. causing U.N. to become unusable. All resolutions by other nations are automatically vetoed, skip voting round.

Any more suggestions? :)
