I don't think there can be just one.

Let It Be, Hey Jude, I Wanna Hold Your Hand, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (I just decided to change my location), Help!, A Day in the Life, She Loves You... there are a lot, it's hard to judge. If I wanted to find out I'd ask a bunch of people (100 or so) what was the first song they thought of when I asked them to name a Beatles song.

The first one I thought of was actually Dear Prudence, so I don't think that's going to help.
