While I'm sure we'll get a slew more in the inevitable xpack and I'm sure the mod squad will be hard at work on such solutions, now is the time for complaining. So what leader(s) do you want, nay demand be at some point featured in Civ4? I'll start:

Well I think that each civ should end up with at least 2 leaders, though there is no reason we can't have more than that.
