What level is our earth playing at?

Just a simple question, If you would compare our earth to a Civ game, what level do you believe that we are playing at?

I broke it up into regional groups:

U.S. and NATO: Warlord
Latin America: Regent
South America: Monarch
Eastern Europe: Monarch
Middle East: Deity
North Africa: Monarch
Mid-South Africa: Deity
Central Asia: Emporer
Northeast Asia: Regent
Southeast Asia: Monarch
Australia, NZ: Warlord
