The only texture replacement mod that's been posted here is TerrainTextureMod.
I believe the Ea mod includes some texture changes, though I've never tried it.
I'm not sure those are the one pictured, however. I haven't tried these either, but I believe it may simply be the result of new shaders. You could try applying something such as SweetFX, though you'll apparently have to tweak the default settings/presets, otherwise the brightness is way off (most of the links to settings/presets files are dead at this point, but e.g., here's one settings file).
You might try a combination of new textures and new shaders. Good luck!
