I am quite sure there is something I am not understanding, but what is going on with the guitar in this (and quite a few live performances I have been to)? There is a small amp/speaker thing, and a microphone to catch the output of that. I guess the guitar goes through this, and this make the guitar a little distorted, while the vocal is clear? This must be intentional (presumably it would be easier to hock the guitar directly to the recording equipment), but is it really that they want that distortion?

 

And finally, I shall become free.

I don't have any ideas about this song, until my father keep singing it over and over again in broken Turkish. Smh.

 

will definetely not do videos , ı have never heard of her , but she might be one of those who become famous to effective use of internet service ... The song might be a cover , her own , ı wouldn't know . And naturally , ı will not understand anything , as she asks her audience (possibly trying to tell some guy that she loves him) because being an ox , as it goes in Turkish , has stood me in good stead for a long time ...

Yes you are right this is a cover, the original music made by Haluk Levent, I think he is a big name in Anadolu rock, you sure you don't know? there are also more classical musician that I know learn like Baris Manco, my language teacher teach me Turkish using one of Manco's song daglar daglar. There is also one of his song that I like, the title is "arkadasim essek" or "my friend is a donkey". Nice song.
