AI generated remix of a classic song, in my opinion it sounds worse, but it is interesting none the less. The gifs are also ai generated

who woulda known that loungey downtempo relax samba soul phonkatronic would go so well with one of the creepiest movies ever. truly a fantastic pairing

@haroon reminded me of this movie which had one of the best soundtracks in movie history, especially the wild mix between classic Americana, downtempo and freaking Rammstein at the end. very unconventional and one of the best uses of Rammsteins music that goes much further than "those guys are heavy".

some more examples. extremely sleazy, jazzy gangster portrait with some great bass:

not the biggest fan of Manson but this version of "I put a spell on you" just bangs. also, this is my favorite song of all time (not favorite version tho).

the david bowie title track. such an underrated Bowie imo:

and of courser you cannot leave out the Rammstein. there are 2 Rammstein songs in there, but this is the more prominent scene:

    "We've met before, haven't we?"

I owned the cassette back then, I think there are Nine Inch Nail, David Bowie and Manson in it also, I'm not sure if I already watch the movie or not, I think the Director is the one who pioneer a certain method of Meditation that Russel Brand and Naomi Watts also joined in. I watch one of his short movie about weird bunnies, and it is dang creepy I cannot finish it, it's just too dark.

you are right on every account.at this point it is pretty fair to say that transcendental meditation is a cult. it does seem to work though, as exemplified by Lynch being Americas most ingenious director and somehow pulling more ideas out of his *** for a single movie than most directors can find in their entire career. Twin Peaks mythology alone is more extensive than some real-world mythologies out there..

if you actually haven't seen most of his movies, I recommend you watch "The Elephant Man", "Blue Velvet" and "Eraserhead". If you're anything like me, you will rewatch them for the rest of your life. I've seen Lost Highway 5 times by now I think. Still gives me the creeps. Also, yes, the bunnies are incredibly creepy.
