america is best because on aaverage we hav lost the least amount of batttles and men as far as percent goes

I'd say it's about even in terms of war.

Invaded Canada, and lost.
Defended against Japan, and lost.
Attacked North Korea, and lost.
Invaded Cuba, and lost.
Attacked North Vietnam, and lost.
Defended South Vietnam, and lost.
Entered Libanon, and lost.
Entered Somalia, and lost.

Attacked the Sioux, and won.
Defended against England, and won.
Invaded Mexico, and won.
Invaded Spanish colonies, and won.
Retalliated against Japan, and won.
Defended South Korea, and won.
Invaded Grenada, and won.
Invaded Iraq, and won.
