What next for Rome?

So I tried my first game on the circle map. I choose the Romans on Monarch. I got iron working early and conquered my neighbor to the north and south. How much longer should I try to keep expanding though with my Prats before I settle down and focus on buildings, wonders and such? Save attached.

Also, I am targeting my cities as follows;

Ulundi - Draft/Shakespeare's Theater city - with 4 food resources it should be a good fit
Antium - Ironworks - it has grassland, a few food resources, and hills.
Rome - Science city/GP Farm - it has three food resources.
Amsterdam - Gold city since it is the Hindu Holy City.

So I'm not sure which city to make my troops city. By process of elimination it would be Cumae I guess, or a city to be founded/conquered later...

Looking at the save date, as well as you having three capitals in total (Rome, Ulundi & Amsterdam), you could expand some more, just to deny AI players much of the remaining land. When it comes to the city specialization, they don't have to be too specialized from the beginning. Any early production city can work well for the early units push. Then, when you get more city sites, you can choose another city to be a military production city

Keep conquering with Praetorians until your opponents get Crossbows or Muskets.
