I managed to join the day of the creation chat, so I actually was, technically, a citizen of DGIV, as well as being the last person to join before the fall of Hamadan.

This Nit Picker has said all along what needs to be changed and what needs to be kept the same.

Anyway here's what I recall doing in DG IV:

Term 1: Citizen
Term II: Associate Justice
Term III: Citizen
Term IV: Governor of some corrupt province
Term V: Citizen

Might have been governor in term 5 instead of term four. Can't really remember...
