What should I do about my Civ-playing flatmates

I introduced my flatmates to playing Civilisation. Both of them thoroughly enjoy it (and are always peppering me for questions/tactics.) One of them has taken to it rather well and has progressed to Regent. The other is doing well on Warlord.

The problem is this. I want to play it all the time, and now I have two other people who want to do the same. What should I do?

Buy another computer, definitely. If it is your computer, force them to relinquish it to you.

Please elaborate on the first option:
a) if you ban them from your computer, they get annoyed and don't cook for you anymore
or:
b) you'd get too fat

Buy another computer. Install Civ3PTW. Enjoy.

The problem is: ban them from playing Civ. They don't cook for me. I end up dying of malnutrition with a Civ-induced look of incomprehension on my face and the words "A spearman beating a tank!?" on my lips.

Alright. Getting food is a major issue when it comes to civ (rule of thumb: get 5food-per-turn ASAP).

Anyways.
Also, could have been that they would not cook for you because they must civ the whole day.

solution to avoid malnutrition: as long as you can't play MP via LAN, play Hotseat/PBEM. When it's your turn, you civ while they cook and while you wait, you eat.

Since it is your computer and Civ disk, you can make the rules. I'd lay down the law and ban them from the computer until they learn the proper respect for the owner of the computer. They should just go out and buy their own computer though.

Remember, Civ3 is a drug and you are their hookup. Use this to your advantage and pimp 'em in hotseat mode.

That's someone who lives in the same apartment as you. Unless it's a one-room apartment, in which case room mates works too.

buy them a new computer...if not in real Im sure you can take out all your suppressed anger on them for not letting you play civ in a mp game...send armies, ships, bomb their nations to dust muahahahha

3 guys in one house and only 1 computer? Damn, last year there were 5 guys in my house and we had 6. Tell them to get their own, or get your own, whichever the case is. Even a cheap computer can play Civ.
