What? Standalone? I don't understand!!!

Ok, the new Beta 2 says its a standalone package, do not install over RoM... But when i install the hefty 800MB package and load it up its nothing more than Beyond the Sword... So, is it not standalone? Why is it 800MB?
Am i missing out on something...

It's standalone. Are you sure you installed it to your MODS directory, not Mod/Rise of Mankind?

E:\Program Files (x86)\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Rise of Mankind (default where it told me to install)
Which contains,
1 Folder: Rise of Mankind - A New Dawn
2 Files: Rise of Mankind.ini, Rise of Mankind.ini.bak
I guess i'll move that stuff over to the mod directory, but then rise of mankind.ini would be in the MOD directory which is odd.. but worth a shot

I had same problem. You don't specify path - everything was installed at default paths and so was AND. After manually moving ROM-AND folder to mods directory everything works.
