Ok, I just built two ships on my coastal city and I can see them. Can someone point me toward my unit list? Is this a bug?

If you select any unit, and then click on the unit name in the status box in the lower left, it will show you a list of your units.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a bug. I've run into quite a few graphical glitches myself. You might try saving and reloading the game.

I built a caravel in a coastal city with a harbor and I never got the ship when it finished. I'm pretty sure this happened last game as well, although I wasn't paying close attention. I really wanted 2 caravels to explore the world. I got screwed out of a caravel.
