It means you had an event for basically the olympic games. I think it either gives you a plus one with all of the other leaders, or maybe some culture. I think it only lasts for a certain amount of turns though and that message lets you know when it is up.

Oh yeah, I did get that random event! Thanks! Though I did wish it deleted my high score table. The ONLY games I ever finished I lost/unintentionally killed myself in WB.
