Well, once again, my luck with GLs in demogame strikes at just the right moment! What should we do with this one? We have Scientific Method in 3 turns. We can also build the Intelligence Agency. Wall Street has been built.

What should we build?

- Intelligence Agency (small wonder)
- Theory of Evolution (we have a prebuild for that)
- Hoover (if we get ToE)

I'd save him for Hoover. If there is one wonder we need in the industrial ages, it's Hoover. The ways if will helps us are innumerable...

And, as always, I will recommend we place Hoover in Bavaria. :D

I say Rush Build Hover, then we dont have to worry about Pollution later on :).

In three turns, let's use our GL(Barbarossa, BTW) to rush ToE somewhere other than Kyoto. We will get the two new techs immediately, for trading purposes. We will also open up another shot at a GL sooner.

The pre-build already in progress can then be used to build Hoover.

I am going to look at the save to confirm this would work. If it doesn't, I would save him for Hoover.

You know I think we only have 2 or 3 turns left in our Golden Age. That means the palace prebuild won't build as much.

I say we rush ToE in Plexenburg and continue the prebuild in Kyoto for Hoover. So, I'm for Donovan's plan.

I like this plan as well. I can't believe we got another GL. How many is that now?

First part sounds good to me, although if it doesn't work out I'd rather we built an Army than held on to the GL until Electronics. Given our constant warfare I believe we would stand a good chance of gaining another Leader between now and then.

That's 2 this term. Didn't we have Barbarossa twice? Or thrice?

Wow! CT, whats your secret :D!

I don't know... the RNG must like me. This never happens in my normal games. I just use a lot of elites.

Yes, Kyoto has a river.

Shaitan beat me to it...

You need a river for Hoover, and as long as Kyoto has one (which Chieftess has so kindly pointed out), then we should save our prebuild in that city for Hoover and use Barbarossa to rush Theory of Evolution.

This not only frees up the opportunity for yet another Great Leader, but it also almost guarantees our ability to build Hoover as we will have a significant head start on that wonder.

And, our next GL could always be used for an army, or the UN (to prevent a diplo victory. I can tell you right now, the 2 civs would be us and Persia. Maybe China or France by the time the UN rolls around)

There are lots of options here and it is hard to choose, however, I am in favor of a hoover Dam prebuild in Kyoto then rushing ToE in somewhere else.

Let me summarize the plan so far...

1. When Theory of Evoulution becomes available, rush it with our Leader.
2. Continue the palace pre-build in Kyoto for Hoover Dam.

Lets's now serious consider placement of ToE. There is too little time for a poll, so let's try to reach some agreement on placement. Whatever proposals come up will be discussed tonight and voted on in a spot vote.

I recommend Bavaria, mainly for sentinmental reasons.
