Trying to get books on the shelf in Oblivion was always fun.
I spent ages in Fallout 4 trying to set up a shot of my character in a bathtub filled with money but it never worked.
In Oblivion I either used a decorating mod of some sort or kept my collectibles sorted into chests. At the time I knew the reference code for a non-respawning chest off the top of my head for use with the console placeatme command so I could set up my base anywhere.
In Skyrim, I had a mod that allowed you to place objects more precisely and, most importantly, lock them in place. Sadly I've long forgotten the name of it.
In Oblivion that would be a description of Decorator Assistant. It wouldn't surprise me if the same modder did the same thing, with the same title, for Skyrim.
I don't have Special Edition though.
Anyways, I found the one I had: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52583
I don't understand this.
In FO4 you can't fast travel or run. You can get a perk that will let you run by burning through AP and then another perk to re-unlock fast travel. (survival mode lacks fast travel though)
The grab command doesn't work very well on FO4, or at least not on PS4.
That was an Oblivion solution.
Oh I know I just think it would be applicable if the game wasn't crappy when it comes to placing objects. Even in base building mode, it's pretty awful.
There's no better feeling in Oblivion than walking down a road soccer kicking a skull that contains the entire loot pile from a couple of caves.
...I broke it, didn't I.
Are the computer and/or the characters inside the videogame on fire?
Ok, been watching some stuff on Mechwarrior 5 Mercenaries in preparation of the long wait. Seems glitchy and overall mediocre for a major release, but solid enough for my stompy stompy 80s death robot fix whenever it leaves the Epic Fail Store. Sorta been looking for the cannon-ish hordes of vehicles combat with gritty survival make-do modifications it seems to offer, particularly with the whole combat/industrial zone thing going on. The voice acting, however. Good lord, it's awful. The music is worse.
I did, however, somehow manage to forget I have an unreasonable level of attraction for Mechwarrior 2's B----in' Betty. So hot. Been a fun trip down youtube memory lane.
Is such a result still avoidable?
Are you familiar with the works of Shamus Young?
Never heard of?
Edit: do tell.
Was it ever?
