congratulations to all HoF-ers! I have a question about the triggering of victory conditions:
I see a lot of games in the hof with space race, domination, conquest as victory condition that ended in 2050 sharp, and I think:
"No, player XY, you did not win by by conquest, you earned a histographic. you probably conquered the world by 700AD with only one tundra city left that did not belong to your civ, and milked the next 354 turns, and in turn 539 you moved some of your left-over cavalry and just flicked that city off your map."
I find that irritating. why does a a player who has chosen the milk run trigger some of the other victory conditions? he/she will not get any early finish bonus score, he/she is undoubtedly capable to trigger any of the victory conditions (maybe except diplo

I just take them and abandon them, or use it as a forward base.
