What's the first artifact reward worth waiting for?

I usually try to get Drone Command, often waiting for it until I have like 6 rewards to combine. More than 6, I pick a "lesser" reward, since it's just to complex to manage the 3 out of 7 combinations.

I also use Drone Command too. But some of those wonder bonuses aren't too bad either.

Slumber Slaughter and Warp Spire are on my most important list.

Warp Spire if I'm playing Hutama, in particular.
Slumber Slaughter is useful no matter what faction you are playing.

The one that gives +20% chance to finding Artifacts is good if you get it early. The one that improves Air unit range is very useful for certain strategies. And then there is at least one that improves covert ops... again, it's situational but very useful for certain play-styles.

Is there a list anywhere that tells you all of the possible artifact rewards? I am new to rising tide and up until now I have being cashing in artifact by themselves. which I discovered was a waste

Oh and is it possible to get an additional covert spy though artifacts? Because the game I am currently playing I have 12 spies and I can't figure out where the 12th came from.
