I don't know if this kind Thread has been done before.so i'm sorry if it has.

...Anyway

My favorite civ is the Babylonians because they are the only civ to be religious and scientific. :grad:

Gotta go with Persia.

1. The industrial/scientific combo is very tough to beat.
2. Start with BW, 1 tech from seeing iron & their UU.
3. Immortals rock the Ancient Age!

I think the web site was having problems and i could tell if i had posted or not. :(

Hey, at least he didn't make it into a poll.;)

France:love:, I don't have PTW btw. I've played them the most, even my very first civ3 game (although I mis-understood 'industrious' back then...)
I simply like their trait combo.
I've played China, Egypt, Zululand, Persia and Greece quite often, too.

Carthage... Nice Traits (Commercial and Indust) plus a pretty good UU. (numerdic mercenery)

I've learned the bonus's of having a spearmen UU. You don't have to upgrade them to pikemen.. which can save you ALOT of gold.

I can't stop playing Babylon.I seem to get in trouble with the persians alot.

Rome

I don't really have a favorite civ. The civ I choose to play always depends on its traits and UU. I usually just start playing civs with a certain trait for a while and not play any without, then I will change it around and not play unless they have a different trait. Right now it seems to be industrial. Before it was Expansionist. Overall though, my favorite has got to be the Japanese.

Carthage!! I love to stick it to the Romans. Greece would be my next choice.
