When did you start to feel cold?

Around October last year, that's usual, considering that here autumn seems to come almost 1 month later (in early October) and there's the so-called second summer in late October, meaning the mid October is usually the coldest part of the year until mid December or so.

From around May-August I do not feel cold, and I live in the England. That's an 8 month winter.

It starts getting chilly around the end of September. Outright cold in bad Octobers. It's tolerable again by March, and warm by May.

I don't get along well with cold. If I didn't like New England for everything else, I'd get the hell out of here. It's too damn cold. :(

I begin to realise it's nippy in December, but it's not that bad. At some point in February this year it was warm again, and in a month or so it'll be too hot. It'll remain too hot for 5 months.

In Minnesota, it can happen any time... This fall we went from 30's to 80, back to 30's in one week.

I begin to feel cold around 20 F or -5 C. Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is with temperatures around freezing. Currently it's around 37 F (3 C), and I wouldn't have much of a problem with walking around in a T-shirt.

I'd say I've finally found a region like my own, but I'm curious as to what you call "winter"?

Although I tolerate the cold and not winge about it, I do find it uncomfortable anywhere under 18C, and therefore in a place like England you don't often get that.

i remember in Toronto, it was late October - Early May :(

In Poland, my area, (katowice) it starts to get cold at around Late November and it's +15 at around March 15th :)

I start to get cold at around -5 C.

I prefer to be cold to being too warm. I have to move north....
