When I start the game There is no Text on the menu

Hey,

I was wondering if its a common problem with the latest patch. Everything else is on the main screen except the Text of where the opitions are etc and I have no idea where everything else is.

My Comp Specs are
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
1024MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 with AGP8X

I have just updated my Drivers aswell so the problem doesn't lay there.
