When talking to other CIV advisor screen does not disapear

For example I go to the diplo screen and click to contact Bismark.The animation of the meeting starts but I still have to close my diplo screen to be able to talk with them.And I am sure this is not inteded.

Also if you open 4-5 advisor screens they overlay above one another so to proceed with the game you have to close every one of them separatly...VERY ANNOYING!
