When you get a newbie partner...

Do you just quit or keep playing. I just played a couple hour team game and my partner completly sucked. He would settle on desert and just out or range of key resources, Iron and Horses. Later in the game my cities were producing about 350 beakers. 225 in my capital and the other cities iflled the rest. HIs total beaker output for his entire empire was about 60. But i continued to play...

But I think from now on if I get a newbie mate I'll just quit. what do you guys do?

I'm hosting a team game on pitboss right now and have resolved not to play any more team games after this. Not that my teammates are necessarily bad players, but it just annoys me to see things not done 'my way'.
