Where can I download the Earth map?

I'm new to these forums so it's likely that I'm just misinformed. But from what I understand there are two Earth maps (different starting years), but both are still WIP and are not totally stable in there current condition.

Anyway, I've seen gameplay of these maps on YouTube and thought they looked fun regardless. So I was wondering if anyone can help me find a download for either Earth map.
