Where can I find the Civilization Modifier %s for 1.18?

Hello,
I like to try and plan out my games a little in advance, and one of my favorite things to do is to try and take an ancient civ into a late-game victory (usually science, sometimes time/culture). To that regard, I try to pick out a civ that isn't TOO disadvantaged, and so with 1.17, I used this modifiers excel chart that I created myself (forgot where in the files where I found the data). Does anyone know where I can find the modifier data for 1.18 or where the "flip" zones are for each civilization?
Thanks!

Not sure how to see flip-zones, I just know it can't be done the same way as before.

EDIT: I think Flip zones now correspond to Birth areas (with some specified excluded tiles). These can be found in Areas.py, starting at line 107.

Btw, you can find your civ’s modifier in World Builder if you’re willing to open it up. Just click on the icon of your leader and it’s all there.
