where can i submit sugestions for the civ4?

hi all! tell where can i submit sugestions for the civ4?
it's a pity that civ doesn't have following civs:
Israel, Assiriann, Polish, Scots, Yugoslavians, Ukrainians, Horezm (Tamerlan/Timur!),Vietnamis!
wonders such as: Internet, Hollywood, Olimpic games.
improvements: tv, pc, & so on.

People from Atari, Firaxis, and Breakaway read CFC fairly regularly and post with news and comments occasionally.
