where do i find info about the civilizations

Dear forum,

does anybody know when you are playing a game where i can find info about civ's i can transition in and wich requirements you need to unlock them?

For example lets say i play as rome and i want to know how to play the mongols how do i check that?

There's a Lock button on the row with tech, civics, etc. It should be all the way on the right.

Also, no biggie, but there's a "Little Questions and Answers" thread in the General Discussions forum that would be more appropriate for this kind of query.
